Our amazing community of supportive women help lift each other up and empower one another.

Small Group Sessions
Our fully coached sessions have a maximum of 8 women to ensure that you get the support you need whilst still having a community vibe.

Nutritional Guidance
We take a different approach to nutritional guidance – no meal plans, no forcing you to count calories and no restricting your favourite foods. Instead, we teach you the skills to reach your goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

Owner & Head Coach
Head Lady Who lifts
A Powerlifting powerhouse, certified nerd, and generally jolly individual, Jen is the Owner of Ladies Who Lift. Give Jen a heavy barbell to lift or PS5 controller and she’ll be in her element. Early morning sessions are Jen’s jam!
Qualifications:
Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, Level 2 Gym Instructing Certificate, Master of Pharmacy Degree, Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Pharmacy Practice.
