Thinking about joining us? Here are the two options available to new members. We make sure that prospective members are a good fit for our community (we know we're not the perfect fit for everyone!) and that we can actually help you before you pay for anything. That's why you'll see an "Apply to Join Now" button rather than a "Pay Now" one.
If you think one of the membership options is right for you, but you're not 100% sure. We've got you covered! We offer a free 7 day trial so that you can make sure that it's the right fit before committing to anything.
Membership includes:
Unlimited access to coached Small Group Personal Training sessions, with a maximum of 8 women per session. Bookings are fully flexible - you don't have to commit to the same days/times each week.
You benefit from the support and guidance of a coach and have fun with the other members, without the price tag of 1-2-1 PT.
We will work towards building your strength, consistency, and having fun whilst lifting!
Access to our Strong & Fearless interactive educational program to help you build the skills to sustain the results that you achieve.
Personalised nutrition guidance so that you can achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way. You don’t have to give up your favourite foods and no one is forced to count calories.
Daily access to a coach and our community support group provides accountability to help you continue to work towards your goals, even on the days when things inevitably get difficult.
Guaranteed results - as long as you check in with your coach regularly, are open to trying new things, follow the guidance they give you, and attend your sessions.

I've been attending the 12-week summer programme at Ladies Who Lift and it's been a wonderful experience!
