At Ladies Who Lift, we offer Small Group Personal Training sessions 7 days a week, at a variety of times to provide you with as much flexibility as possible. You don't have to commit to the same session times and/or days each week.
We also offer weekly boxing sessions to spice things up a bit and let you work out any frustrations from the week!
On the whole, sessions are coached as follows:
Weekday mornings: Jen
Weekday evenings: Mhairi & Jacqui
Saturdays: Jacqui
Sundays: Mhairi
Boxing: Erin
Sessions are 45 minutes long and include a warm up and cool down.
In addition to Small Group Personal Training Sessions, we run a Women's Wellbeing Workshop on the second Saturday of every month from 10-11am. This is a FREE session, open to members and non-members alike (no experience required). We chat about all things Women's Wellbeing and then do a short workout to set us up well for the weekend.
